A little bit about Janet

Whatever data the Insight team produces or analysis it conducts, Janet is the one ensuring it is always relevant. Janet models customer transaction data, using statistical analysis to drive marketing effectiveness.

Although initially specialising in the charity sector, Janet now applies her expertise to sectors including financial services, automotive, publishing and education.

The holder of a first degree in Economics and a Masters in Operational Research, Janet joined Occam in 2005 following more than a decade as an OR Team Leader, then Principal OR Consultant, with British Airways.

Janet understands our clients’ businesses, and ensures business intelligence and insight is matched with purpose and influence.
