Tony is CEO for St Ives brands Amaze, Realise and Branded3. Tony’s chief focus is company strategy. It’s a role that requires him to ask (and answer) questions such as: ‘what is the culture of the agency, and how should it evolve?’ and ‘what creative and technology services does the digital marketplace need, how are those needs changing, and how do we meet them?’

For 11 years, Tony’s strategic response to those questions drove Realise to ever greater success. Today, he remains as passionate as ever about business and enjoys supporting Amaze One’s management team in the day-to-day challenges of running a successful agency.
