CRM agency Amaze One posts strong growth in agency’s first six months despite sluggish UK economy

London, July, 2015: CRM agency Amaze One, a collaboration between St Ives Group-owned Occam and Amaze, has significantly expanded its team in response to the rapid growth of the agency. Many of the hires are graduates, counteracting a perceived lack of young talent in the industry.

Following a strong first six months of the year, Amaze One has strengthened its creative, communications and client services departments to manage an expanding portfolio of clients including Car Giant, Lookers and Bosch. All employees work across its three sites in London, Manchester and Bristol.

The in-house communications team has benefitted from five new team members including planning manager Laura Chapman and project implementation manager Claire Chetwynd, who joined from Ethicall and John Crane respectively. They will be instrumental in providing insight-driven creative communications and out of the ordinary CRM campaigns for brands.

Meanwhile, Thomas Ross, previously at The Real Adventure, and Matt Healy, previously at EMO, have joined to bolster the client services team. The creative team has also introduced two new designers, Nick Seville and Cameron Scott, to ensure clients continue to receive unrivalled service.

Amaze One was launched to break down the inherent silos of traditional CRM processes in response to client demand for a different way of working, turning each aspect of every customer interaction into information that creates value for consumers and clients’ businesses alike.
