The agency is the collaboration between St Ives companies Amaze Ltd and Occam DM Ltd. Amaze One has >35 staff based across three sites in London, Manchester and Bath. Existing projects include work from existing Occam and Amaze clients.

Job Title: Planning Executive
Reports To: Senior Planning Manager
Amaze One currently have an exciting opportunity for an aspiring data enthusiast to come and join their team. As a Planning Executive you will work alongside the Planning Manager and Director to ensure the delivery of marketing data driven strategies are in line with clients expectations.
This is a role for an individual who has previous experience of analysis and understands how data can be manipulated. It is essential that the Planning Executive is comfortable supporting our Planning Managers with the drafting and presenting to clients and internal audiences and has the ability to bring the presentation of data to life in an interesting and informative way highlighting both tactical and strategic data uses.
Competencies/ Experience Required:
- Understanding that data can be manipulated for analysis
- Understanding of how analytical problem solving can help Clients and how this application of analysis can support strategy
- Experience of dealing with List brokers to purchase cold data would be beneficial but not essential
- Experience in working within a Direct Marketing function either agency or client-side is required
- Degree calibre – preferably degree obtained within a relevant subject
- Experience of supporting the development of a data-driven strategy for clients, from the planning stage to evaluation, including developing targeting strategies
- This role is suitable for individuals with previous Data Marketing, CRM agency experience combined with a solid understanding of analysis and insights.
