SimplifyDigital needed to understand pricing strategies across its market so that it could gauge the competitiveness of individual broadband, home phone and TV packages from industry and customer perspectives.

The Occam team, part of Amaze One, developed a series of product pricing models. These enabled SimplifyDigital to assess the relative price ‘attractiveness’ of every single package combination available in the market.

The Outcome

Armed with its product pricing benchmarks, SimplifyDigital now has the mechanism to develop new product packages perfectly positioned for the market. Customer acquisition and retention has improved, as have associated revenues.
